Gluten Free Menu

Dear gluten free guests: If an item can be made gluten free we make it that way! Look for the GF symbol in our deli, hot and treats cases. We have a special gluten free treats case just for you featuring our amazing GF chocolate chip cookies, cakes, muffins, tarts and a whole lot more. All Sola dressings are gluten free and virtually all of our menu can accommodate gluten free needs. We make gluten free bread in our brick oven. Here are some of the measures we take to ensure a safe and healthy GF experience for you:

• All sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches can be made GF!
• We use real GF mayo and wheat free tamari + all Sola’s salad dressings and pestos are GF too!
• We have a special GF room in our bakery where we keep separate ingredients and tools.
• We use a foil barrier when grilling to ensure breads and pizzas are not cross-contaminated.
• When we make soups with pasta, we always leave it on the side, so you can have it gluten free!
