We make every single item we serve in one of our kitchens, other than our sandwich bread, which we get from the Bozeman Food Cooperative (link). Our bakers arrive well before dawn to make muffins, scones, coffeecakes, and morning treats (hand rolled croissants and caramel pecan rolls on the weekends). While we don’t have typical bacon & egg breakfasts, we use our creativity to offer you things like local egg, maple sausage, cheddar & apple breakfast strata-a savory bready pudding. We have a hard time making enough of our Huevos Bake- our take on the classic huevos rancheros with house-made enchilada sauce, black beans, corn tortillas, sour cream, cheese & cilantro, topped with a sunnyside up local egg. People love our daily quiche. We make a vegetarian and meat quiche daily.
