We offer flexible scheduling for students, parents, and moonlighters. We pay a competitive wage and offer insurance to full time employees. Due to Sola Café’s wine and beer license and hours of operation, limited opportunities are available for those under 18 years of age. And, due to the extensive training required, Sola does not hire seasonal help. We are always looking for long-term, dedicated additions to our fabulous team. Sola Café is not your ordinary restaurant job. You must have a passion for the art of good food and coffee, a drive to provide outstanding service, and a team-oriented, positive attitude. You must also know how to multi-task and have a super-human work ethic. The pace is very fast, but also very fun. Between helping our customers, there is always much to do.
