A community gathering place with delicious food and coffee, Sola Café, on Bozeman's south side, serves fine espresso drinks, smoothies, house baked goods, salads, soups, panini, and savory entree items. Sola Café also offers a healthful array of packaged foods and beverages including organic milk, cheese, yogurt, eggs, snacks and candies, plus a selection of wines and microbrews. Our drive-through window and online and text ordering make it convenient for busy families to stop for a quick take-home dinner or a special treat to bring to a party or gathering.

We offer coffee, pastry and luncheon catering for parties and meetings (48 hour notice preferred).

Things to Know About Sola

Sola is a member of the Farm to Restaurant local foods campaign. As much as seasons and availability permit, we use local, sustainably-grown ingredients.

Sola coffees are fair trade, sustainably grown, and artisan-roasted locally.

Our milk is from local dairies and is free of bovine growth hormones.

We do not use or serve items that use high fructose corn syrup.

	Espresso Bar:		Outstanding artisan espresso and coffee drinks, fine teas, smoothies, juices, and energy drinks
	Bakery:		House-baked muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes, cookies, desserts, savory tarts, quiches, pesto rolls, breads, and cakes
	Breakfast:		Fritatta sandwiches and breakfast burritos, fresh baked bagels, hot cereal, yogurt, granola, and weekend brunch specials
	Lunch:		Entree salads, grilled panini, fresh sandwiches, deli salads, soups, casseroles
	Take home:		Packaged salads, casseroles, soups, roasted meats, all bakery items, plus kid-friendly meals and sack lunches
	Market fare:		Select wines and micro-brews, organic milks, eggs, cheeses, fresh roasted coffee beans, teas, an assortment of gourmet sauces, dips, pastas, and other items to assemble a quick meal

We believe that we vote with our wallets and that by supporting local growth and production, we are tightening the circle of resources used to get food onto our tables. We want our practices to reflect the changing needs of our times and are dedicated to sharing with our customers what we learn so that they too can make good choices.

Owner Tiffany Lach has spent her life creating enlivening places for communities to gather. Sola Café is the culmination of these efforts, bringing together her passion for the arts of outstanding food, coffee, and service.
