Sola’s chefs and pastry chefs have created a delectable array of small plates and treats meant to be savored and shared.

First Bites

arugula orange and toasted sesame salad.

calamari salad with green olive garlic parsley sauce greens and quinoa

stuffed Mushrooms with toasted walnut parmesan cream sauce

grilled Yellowstone beef kofta with garlic yoghurt sauce over cucumber tomato salad

fire roasted tomato basil bisque with basil chili oil

creamy potato leek with crispy maple-cured bacon

Second Tastes

roasted butternut squash, roasted red pepper, and spinach risotto

penne pasta with peas, local bacon, shaved parmesan, fresh herbs, and creamy tomato sauce

cacio e pepe with a twist- linguini tossed with butter, shaved parmesan, cracked black pepper, white truffle oil, and fresh chives

mahi mahi over harissa glazed carrots with fresh basil and basil oil

Berkshire pork loin with salsa di peperone and roasted potatoes

Yellowstone beef tenderloin over truffled yukon mashed potatoes and a malbec demi glaze sauce* (*$7 surcharge per plate)

Sola’s pastry chefs present a tantalizing array of sweets to finish your experience

$63 per couple: 7 selections – (two from each category, plus dessert)  –  paired wine flights:  $15 per person
